Our History
Integrity Welding & Fabrication began in 2004 as a single-welder operation focused on the water purification industry. While we’ve expanded significantly since those early days, our core mission remains the same: providing precision fabrication with a customer-first mindset, on time and on budget.
The next chapter of our story began in 2019, when we were acquired by the Colorado Springs Pioneer Community Investment Fund. Pioneer Fund doesn’t just invest in businesses – they invest in people. By prioritizing living wages, good benefits, and community involvement, they have empowered our team to achieve new levels of excellence. As a result of this supportive culture, Integrity has nearly tripled in size since the acquisition.
Our Team
Founded in 2004 as a single welder shop building skids and frames for the water purification industry, Integrity Welding & Fabrication has remained true to its core values, providing quality products and services with a customer first approach. Integrity has expanded and grown since its humble beginnings, in large part because of its reputation for providing quality welding and fabrication services, on time and on budget.
In 2019 Colorado Springs Pioneer Community Investment Fund purchased Integrity. With its focus on quality products and customer service, Integrity was a perfect fit for Pioneer Fund. Pioneer Fund invests in businesses with solid growth potential. With an emphasis on a strong, positive business culture, Pioneer fund supports its employees, adding quality jobs with living wages and benefits; gives back to the community through a positive economic impact and commitment of time to volunteer activities; and as a result of these commitments, provides a strong financial return for its investors. Since Pioneer Fund acquired Integrity, the company has almost tripled in size.
